By accessing or using DropOps CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Use of Service

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or to transmit unsolicited communications.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

5. Limitation of Liability

DropOps CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
